Our Board of Directors has been actively operating within the framework of social assistance and solidarity culture since our establishment, and has provided various educational scholarships in order to support our society and invest in the future. The establishment of the Abdi Sütcü Education Culture and Aid Foundation in 2018 has further strengthened our activities in the field of education and culture. With the projects carried out through the Foundation, it has aimed to reach every segment of society and increase social responsibility awareness, and to leave a sustainable impact in the field of education and culture. The primary goal of our Board of Directors is to support the education of young generations and provide them with a better future. In this direction, it strives to ensure that quality education reaches every segment of society, not only with educational scholarships, but also by contributing to the establishment of various educational institutions.

Our Board of Directors has been actively operating within the framework of social assistance and solidarity culture since our establishment, and has provided various educational scholarships in order to support our society and invest in the future. In this context, it made a significant contribution to the establishment of Abdi Sütcü Health Vocational School affiliated to Çukurova University in 2017, thus supporting the quality of education in the field of health. In addition, the establishment of Abdi Sütcü Education Culture and Aid Foundation in 2018 has further strengthened our activities in the field of education and culture.

Positive Discrimination:

As one of the 3 companies that employ the most women in Adana province, we received our plaque from the Minister of Labor and Social Security, Prof. Dr. Vedat Işıkhan, at the introductory program of the "work positive" project organized at the Çukurova University Congress Center within the scope of the positive discrimination project for women's employment.

Environmental Awareness:

Acting with environmental protection awareness, Abdioğulları invested in a renewable energy system in 2016 and covered the roofs of all 9 of its businesses with solar panels. The energy produced is completely clean, reliable and sustainable, and is environmentally friendly as it does not harm the ecological balance and does not emit gas. Today, it continues production with an energy power of over 25 MW and aims to increase its GES power from year to year. Abdioğulları, which invests in the future with clean energy provided from new sources by establishing and safely operating environmentally compatible and high-efficiency facilities for the continuity of life and sustainable energy, invested in a renewable energy system in 2016 and established Abdioğulları Solar Power Plants in order to produce its own energy consumption within the framework of the country's industry's environmentally and human health-sensitive production principles.
